LG OLED E7 Shoot Out Special
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - CASHBACK
- The Promoter is LG Electronics USA Inc.
- The Promotion will commence at 15th August 2017 to 15th September 2017(the “Promotion Period”).
- First 800 Participants who purchase a new LG OLED E7 55” or 65” Television (“Qualifying Products”) in-store or online from an eligible retailer (each a “Participating Retailer”) in the USA within the Promotion Period which is not sold as part of: (i) a bundle; or (ii) another promotion not in conjunction with any other staff discount or offering (save for promotions offered directly by the Participating Retailers); or (iii) as part of a mobile phone contract, will be entitled claim a cashback reward (paid by way of bank transfer or PayPal) for the relevant cashback amount. The relevant cashback amount (“Reward”) per Qualifying Product.
Your Reward will be the difference between employee discount purchase price set by the Participating Retailer for the “Qualifying Product” (“Employee Price”) and the LG OLED E7 Shoot Out Special promotional price for the relevant Qualifying Product, set out below:
- LG OLED E7 55” E7 Shoot out special promotional price $2,000.00
- LG OLED E7 65” E7 Shoot out special promotional price $2,750.00
To be eligible for a Reward the Employee Price must not be greater than 5% of the manufacturers expected employee price, set out below:
- LG OLED E7 55” manufacturers expected employee price $2,970.00
- LG OLED E7 65” manufacturers expected employee price $3,965.00
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must an employee of a Participating Retailer and have completed LG OLED E7 Training prior to August 14th 2017 (“Qualifying Employee”).
Qualifying Employees may claim a maximum of 1 Reward during this Promotion.
Rewards shall be paid by way of bank transfer or PayPal to your nominated bank account.
After purchase of a Qualifying Promotion Product a Qualifying Employee must visit www.lg-promotions.com/e7shootoutspecial, complete the claim form and submit it together with a scanned copy of their proof of purchase and serial number of the Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period.
Qualifying Employees will receive their Reward by way of Bank Transfer or PayPal within 5 days of submitting a valid claim.
If the claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received then the claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
Applications that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of claims.
The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify claims which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to generate or require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of a Participant. This process may involve the Promoter sharing information with third parties.
A claim must be made by the Participant, and must not be made through agents, third parties or in bulk.
Privacy and Data Protection
Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
